Assessment Approach
All of our protocols are mapped to one of four sustainability dimensions.
Once a supplier completes an assessment, they will receive a score against each dimension, as well as an aggregate score.
Depending on the type of supplier being assessed, different protocols, questions and options will be made available to them as part of their assessment.
Environment
Assesses suppliers on their performance on topics relating to environmental conservation and climate change.
Social
Assesses the impact your supplier may have on society, including their employees, customers, communities and other stakeholders.
Governance
Assesses the systems, mechanisms and policies your supplier has in place to manage their operations.
Innovation
Assesses the approach employed by your supplier to continuously improve and innovate on their processes and operations
